I wrote about conversion and how it is illegal. Well I recently read about a recent ruling of the Hawaii Supreme Court that rarely if ever protects the rights of Hawaiians. In it U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals will rehear the case involving a non-Hawaiian student seeking to enroll at Kamehameha Schools. This means that the will of the Hawaiian children will be heard.
